Alex Sarcina’s drive and passion have made him an overnight success and a perfect fit for the staffing industry. A natural-born connector, Sarcina parlayed an introduction to an Aerotek director into a role as a technical recruiter shortly after graduating from Central Michigan University with a degree in psychology in 2015. Sarcina attributes his fast start to millennial traits such as tech savviness, teamwork and multitasking.
He is energized by the competitive challenges of recruiting and likes to have fun doing it. Like many members of his generation, Sarcina is confident in his abilities but he’s also learned the value of humility, a trait that has endeared him to candidates and teammates. He hopes to become an account manager and eventually grow to reach the director or executive level. When he’s not working, Sarcina enjoys socializing with friends, playing sports and video games.
