A can-do attitude, a focus on the big picture and a firm belief that everything is possible — these qualities set Steven Ross apart. The University of St. Thomas grad has worked in the staffing industry barely a year but is already a key leader in developing a new line of staffing business at Advanced Clinical; he just closed the first contract valued at around $1.5 million after about five months of work.
Ross is known for openly and constructively challenging the status quo. He enjoys learning through research and interacting with his peers, with a focus on finding ways to practically implement his findings. He also takes great pride in the success of others and readily extends a helping hand. Like many millennials, Ross loves to participate in large group activities, vacations to exotic places and big cities, lakefront concerts and “dancing like Justin Timberlake” at friends’ weddings. He’s also a social media buff and an outstanding ice hockey player.
