There is research into millennials touting them as a very demanding “me” generation. Not Christina Lee. She has worked tirelessly and selflessly for four years to build a career in the staffing industry and now works at Kelly Services as scientific/clinical business development manager in the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated from California State University with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical laboratory sciences. After working as a recruiter for six months, she jumped right into a staffing sales career with Kelly Services and since2014, has put more than 140 people to work.
In her downtime, she enjoys the beach, water sports, sun and spending time with friends. She has also volunteered with Mothers Against Drunk Driving for more than four years. Like many millennials, she dreams big and looks for efficiency in every task she undertakes; and she’s tech savvy. Lee wants to enhance her reputation in the industry, nationwide. “I want to continue to grow an amazing portfolio of partnering companies and maintain my position as the No. 1 scientific staffing account manager across the US,” Lee says. “I also want to become a leader and mentor in the future and share the knowledge I have gained with the next generation.”
