As an undergrad considering her career options, Deborah Margl-Franchi was looking to apply her people, negotiating and mathematical skills. Having worked summers for a light industrial staffing firm, it seemed natural to consider staffing, and she landed a recruiting position with TEKsystems. After working her way up to account management, she was recruited by DIVERSANT about nine years ago.
She is described by colleagues as a dynamic leader in one of the most important pieces of staffing — providing excellent consultants and ensuring the ability to conduct quality engagement management and the ability to measure what is actually being achieved. She has been central to building out a reporting structure from scratch,as well as sales training programs, and helped build the company’s Philadelphia branch from its inception prior to taking on her current role as VP of recruiting in August 2015. Margl-Franchi holds an MBA from Monmouth University at West Long Branch, NJ.
