Looking for a change from his work with a credit card processing company, Sean Ring researched local companies that were deemed Best Places to Work For, and found his way to Innovative Employee Solutions in December 2013, which took him on as a business development manager. During his tenure, the company experienced a 247% increase over its new client goal, 75% of which Ring was responsible for. His drive for community involvement led him to chair the company’s community outreach program, which won the American Staffing Association Care Awards two years in a row under his leadership. Ring joined the ASA’s national corporate social responsibility committee in 2015. In addition, he recently graduated from the LEAD 2016 IMPACT program. LEAD San Diego is an organization dedi- cated to developing civically engaged leaders. Ring graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in business management.
