Manager of Solutions Delivery, Beeline


Jennifer Bradshaw initially planned to become a teacher. But when she went to a staffing firm in New York to look for a job, rather than assign her a temporary job, they asked her to come on board as a member of the internal staff. The rest is history, but Bradshaw is now based in Jacksonville, Fla., and is manager of solutions delivery at Beeline, a division of Adecco. She leads a team of 13 people who travel to client sites to design and implement vendor management system solutions. Bradshaw now has more than 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, which also includes spending two years as the Beeline MSP onsite for Deutsche Bank and serving as account manager supporting one of Beeline’s largest fortune 500 clients.

What Bradshaw likes most about staffing is being able to work with a variety of people and each day being different. She also likes the fast pace of the industry. In the future, she would like to see how technology can solve more problems in the staffing industry — not just for staffing buyers, but candidates and suppliers as well. As far as millennial traits, Bradshaw says she identifies most with high usage of technology as well as the desire to keep busy and look ahead to the next big thing that she can be excited about and be a part of.
