For Gustavo LópezTena, there’s nothing more gratifying than helping people find jobs. LópezTena graduated from the EscuelaBancaria y Comercial in Mexico with a bachelor of business administration, and got his first job in staffing unexpectedly after finishing an internship with Hewlett Packard. He’s now worked as marketing manager at Kelly Services Mexico for two years. LópezTena enjoys developing new ideas and processes that allow him to automate his daily work and to focus on management and analysis.
On any given day, you can also find him walking through the hall to interact with team members and answer questions or solve problems. It is important for LópezTena to foster a workplace built on trust. He has contributed his time as a volunteer at World Vision and SOS Children’s Villages Mexico. During his downtime, he enjoys supporting social and political causes, helping with entrepreneurial ideas, travelling and spending time with his family, girlfriend and friends. In the future, he plans to stay and continue learning at Kelly Services while studying for his Master’s in Business Administration and eventually start a business where he can help people improve the quality of their lives. As a millennial, he supports job flexibility, remote working and technology.
