Sean Gilligan joined Harvey Nash out of college. During his eight-year tenure, Gilligan has worked in nearly every department within the company and is now responsible for the US branch operations and global high-volume business. He enjoys interacting with clients on their technical challenges/requirements as well as internal staff and keeping his pulse on the organization via metrics analytics. He strives to stay ahead of changes in the staffing/consulting industry and hopes to achieve the highest levels of executive management.
Like many millennials, Gilligan is always looking for what’s next at work and how his current responsibilities will shape his next role. He embraces technology; is always connected; and is constantly seeking feedback, training and mentor- ship so he can improve and grow. When he is not busy at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and playing golf. Gilligan earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
