When Angelo Hatzistratis graduated from college in 2006, he didn’t know what he planned to do. Then someone told him about staffing, and it’s been full speed ahead. Hatzistratis has won the President’s Club Award seven times and has received the Star Performer Award, Top Gun award and more. He started as a junior recruiter and now runs a practice in San Francisco. He has also earned the respect of those with whom he works, and is described as a great sounding board for peers who are looking to discuss strategy, processes and advice.
What does he like about the staffing industry? “If you’re able to help someone find a new position, I think it affects their livelihood and I think people appreciate that,” Hatzistratis says. Staffing is also an attractive industry because the more you put into it, the more you get out of it, he says. Outside of staffing, his family with two young girls keeps him busy, and he takes part in a basketball league.
