Recruited into Infinity Consulting Solutions by a friend in 2008 as he was preparing to apply to law schools, Robert Babbitt quickly made his mark as he helped the company launch a new office in Chicago with his insistence on operational excellence combined with a strategic outlook. He started as a technical recruiter and quickly advanced to national recruitment director for the growing firm. Babbitt took the reins on training and managing new staff members, even as the economy turned for the worse.
He enjoys being able to travel and getting to know each person who joins the company. He sees himself staying at Infinity Consulting Solutions for the long haul and looks forward to helping the company reach the next level and meet its goals. As the youngest member of the company’s executive team and a millennial, Babbitt is able to relate to other young staff members and provide suggestions on how to keep the company culture relative in today’s ever-changing business environment. He holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and English from Illinois State University.
