Recognized as a two-time Robert Half President’s Club Award winner early in her staffing career, Bogosh came to Advanced Resources in 2011 as managing director of the company’s Chicago office and grew the organization 30% in her first year. Bogosh has led the implementation and management of Advanced Resources’ Workforce Business Solutions, and in 2014 launched the finance project resources practice, focusing on strategic projects within accounting, finance, tax and audit.
She sits on the board for ELITE and the Rush Associates Board, and is very active with industry associations including Financial Executives International. For Bogosh, the most fulfilling aspect of her work is the impact she and her colleagues make on so many people’s lives. “We’re solving problems, making connections and having fun at what we do,” she says. A dedicated, driven trailblazer who nonetheless values a work-life balance, Bogosh enjoys showing horses and is a competitive equestrian at the world level.
