Sometimes one interview is all it takes. Sieron Trey Dottin only ever had one job interview after graduation. Despite knowing nothing about the staffing industry at the time, the interview led him to a role in IT recruitment for Kforce Professional Staffing in 2010. He then rose in the ranks to reach the level of manager in 2012 and then joined Kelly Services in June 2014. Now as director of recruitment, strategic accounts and operations, consumer goods and autos vertical, he runs one of the largest recruiting organizations at Kelly Services, with more than 100 recruiters. All of this in the span of just six years.
His secret to success is that he enjoys working in the staffing industry and the camaraderie that it brings, along with solving recruiting challenges for his customers. An avid fisherman, Dottin is spontaneous, passionate and — like most millennials — he keeps his phone at his side at all times so he’s always reachable. He plans to continue with the ultimate goal of becoming a C-level executive with Kelly Services.
