Jennifer “Jen” Torres’ creativity and innovation helped some of the country’s largest financial institutions launch and develop MSP operations into industry-leading programs. Torres joined Adecco Group’s Pontoon division September of 2009 — when the group still operated as Adecco Solutions — as an on-site program manager at a large financial institution, managing a book of business in the IT program.
A top performer for the company from the start, Torres moved to the program director seat at the financial institution in 2011 and then took over the VP program management role in 2013. She has since transitioned out of that bank program and now oversees another financial institution as the VP of program management. Her involvement in volunteerism, diversity networks and with disability affinity groups has helped her customers have a greater positive impact on the communities they operate in. Torres attended the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, and is an avid international traveler.
