Jon Jelinek’s admirable collaboration skills and passion for working with people are just some of the qualities that have made him an instrumental leader for Advanced Resources’ HR division. Jelinek started his staffing career in 2008 with HRi/Randstad, earning four promotions over six years with the company and creating its first-ever national HR staffing practice. He was a three-time top HR producer nationwide and a three-time President’s Club winner.
Since coming to Advanced Resources in April 2014 as the HR division director, Jelinek built the HR practice exponentially in a short time and was promoted to managing director in October 2015. Always looking to be strategic, in 2016 he began building the HR consulting practice to offer additional solutions to clients. He is active in the industry, participating in Chicago SHRM, HRMAC, STAR Chicago and ELITE. Jelinek finds it rewarding to continually challenge and invest in himself; he has ambitious plans to earn his Master’s in Business Administration and someday run his own company. An avid Chicago sports fan, Jelinek also enjoys good food and drinks as well as cooking.
