Conor McCann is “not your stereotypical 25-year-old,” per a colleague; he doesn’t expect things to be done for him, but rather takes it upon himself to advance any project he’s working on. Joining Advanced Resources fresh out of the University of Dayton, McCann proved to be a breakout star, moving quickly up the ranks to senior staffing consultant and reaching $400,000 gross profit in just 21 months’ time, the fastest in Advanced Resources’ history.
A natural leader, he is always the first to help — whether it’s through direct support, mentoring or training — going above and beyond to contribute to the development of his team members. He thrives on being challenged, and is great at using feedback constructively. McCann is deeply involved with the Wright Foundation for the Realization of Human Potential, as both a student and mentor.
